KIMMEL CENTER SEEKS DANCERS FOR PIFA WORLD PREMIERE

The Kimmel Center for the Performing Arts has commissioned a new multidisciplinary show to be performed as part of the Philadelphia International Festival of the Arts 2013. The 15 minute show will be performed twice a night, every night of the Festival from March 28 – April 27, 2013 (No shows on Mondays). Equity and Non-Equity submissions will be accepted and all roles are paid. Auditions will take place in Center City Philadelphia on Monday Nov. 5th and Tuesday Nov. 6th by appointment only. Looking for dancers from all genres and styles (modern, classical, Latin, Indian, Ballet, Tap, Hip Hop, etc.). Please prepare a 1 minute piece to perform and be prepared to learn a combination. All ages and genders are encouraged to apply (17 and older). Callbacks will be Friday Nov. 16th. Dancers must be available for the workshop January 28 – February 2, 2013.
