Renee Chambers Liciaga was born in Philadelphia, PA, and is a true product of the iconic Philadelphia Sound. She is the daughter of the late Roland Chambers (MFSB), a guitarist and composer who worked alongside Kenny Gamble and Leon Huff of Philadelphia International Records.
